Mary June “Joji” Bayuga
Joji Bayuga is a staunch believer that a company’s most important investment lies in its people. Odette De Guia
An experienced trainer, facilitator, and conference leader, Odette De Guia has helped organizations position their companies strategically and effectively manage their work culture. Her areas of specialization include organizational development, human resources management, business planning, and strategic management.
She has worked with Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations, Allied Domecq, Eastwest Bank, GSIS, DBP, Tanduay Distillers, Inc., Nippon Life, IRRI Grepalife and Bayer. Abbygale Arenas-De Leon
Abbygale Arenas-De Leon is an experienced professional image consultant. Before starting her own image consultancy firm, Abbygale strutted the catwalks as an international fashion model in Europe, New York, Hong Kong, and Singapore. She was also the Philippines’ representative in the Miss Universe Pageant in 1997.
Trained at the Association of Image Consultants Center in New York City, Abbygale has since worked on various programs that delve into personality development, business etiquette, social graces, and professional wardrobe consultancy.
Geraldo Jose “Bong” Donato

Having had several years’ experience in the different facets of marketing through his jobs in Canon Marketing Philippines, Pepsi Cola Products and the Philippine American Life and General Insurance Co., Bong brings his expertise to the fore in his training programs.

Luis “Chito” Gallego
To Chito Gallego, your excellence hinges on your integrity. Bringing over 30 years of corporate experience, with 24 years spent in a senior management role, Chito is a specialist in leadership, sales, values, and experiential team building programs.
After earning his bachelor’s degree in economics at the Ateneo de Manila University, Chito immersed himself in finance as a money market trader at State Investment House, Inc, and assistant manager at Quasi Bank and Financing companies of Herdis Group of Companies. Rufino “Ron” Jacobe Jr.

Has also earned the highest title of “Distinguished Toasmaster” in the Toastmasters International Organization.
